We always begin with a meeting and a conversation. Understanding your needs, lifestyle, preferences and constraints is essential to creating an interior that truly reflects who you are.
We offer a structured approach, from initial design to project completion, with clearly defined stages and decisions made together throughout the process.
INITIAL CONSULTATION AND PROJECT BRIEFING
We meet on site to explore your space, understand your expectations and discuss your needs, personal tastes, budget and timeline.
Following this initial meeting, we prepare a detailed fee proposal outlining the project scope, the services included and the different stages of our involvement.
SPACE ANALYSIS AND INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPTS
Once the proposal has been accepted, we carry out a detailed survey and analysis of the existing space, considering its orientation, natural light, strengths and potential constraints.
We create a moodboard to establish the overall atmosphere of the space, exploring colours, materials, lighting and inspiration.
Based on this initial direction, we develop a design proposal, which we refine together to ensure it reflects your expectations as closely as possible.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The selected design direction is then developed in greater detail and translated into floor plans and elevations.
We define the layouts, materials and finishes, as well as furniture and lighting where relevant. We also prepare the technical drawings required for implementation, particularly for bespoke joinery, lighting and any other planned work.
Depending on the nature of the project, we also prepare a curated shopping list featuring furniture, lighting, accessories and decorative elements, together with product references and suppliers.
TENDERING AND PROJECT PLANNING
We prepare all the necessary documentation to consult contractors and specialist craftsmen and obtain detailed quotations.
We collect and review their proposals, guiding you through the selection process while considering quality, costs and timelines.
Based on these quotations, we establish a detailed project budget and a construction schedule outlining the key stages, giving you a clear overview of the expected costs and time frame.
Work only begins once the target budget and project schedule have been approved.
PROJECT EXECUTION – SITE SUPERVISION AND FINAL HANDOVER
We coordinate and oversee the works to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the approved design, budget and schedule, while paying particular attention to the quality of workmanship and finishes.
We support you throughout the process, right through to the final handover.
Our goal is to ensure that the finished space faithfully reflects the vision we have developed together.
