Transformation and renovation of an apartment in Belmont
 

Making the most of the apartment’s south-facing orientation and arranging the spaces to benefit from the best possible exposure was the guiding principle behind the project.

To achieve this, we reversed the positions of the kitchen and bathroom, creating an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining area while remaining slightly separated from the living room.

The new bathroom, positioned on the same side of the apartment as the bedrooms, also allowed us to define a dedicated entrance area with bespoke storage.

The floors and walls throughout the apartment were completely renovated.

Natural oak was combined with light, warm tones to create a welcoming and cohesive atmosphere throughout the apartment.
